GetReachIQ ("we", "us", or "our") operates the platform available at getreachiq.ai. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it. By using our platform or submitting a contact request, you agree to this policy.
Contact and account information. When you submit a request for access, contact us, or create an account, we collect your name, email address, company name, and any message you provide. We use this to communicate with you and manage your account.
Usage data. We may collect standard web analytics data including pages visited, time on site, browser type, and referring URLs. This is used to improve the platform and is not linked to your identity.
Creator data. GetReachIQ indexes publicly available creator data from the YouTube Data API and other public sources (channel name, subscriber count, view count, video frequency, public bio). This is public information and does not include private or personal data of creators. We use the YouTube API in compliance with YouTube's Terms of Service.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
GetReachIQ uses the YouTube Data API v3 to retrieve publicly available creator channel data (channel name, subscriber count, view count, video count). Our use of YouTube API data is governed by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
We only access public data. We do not access private YouTube account data, user watch histories, or any data requiring user OAuth consent.
Your data is stored on secure servers hosted by Render (render.com) and Netlify (netlify.com), both of which maintain industry-standard security practices. We take reasonable precautions to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your contact and account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion at any time.
