These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GetReachIQ ("the Service"), operated by GetReachIQ ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
GetReachIQ is a B2B SaaS platform that helps sports betting and daily fantasy sports operators discover, evaluate, and contact content creators and influencers. The platform provides creator discovery, IQ scoring, campaign management, and outreach tools built specifically for the US iGaming market.
You must be at least 18 years old and represent a legitimate business to use the Service. By using GetReachIQ, you represent that you have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms.
GetReachIQ is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Subscription fees are charged in advance at the beginning of each billing period. All fees are in US dollars and are non-refundable except as described below.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until that date.
Founding Partner pricing. Subscribers who join at the Founding Partner rate lock in that price for as long as their subscription remains active and in good standing. If you cancel and later resubscribe, standard pricing at that time will apply.
Price changes. We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' written notice. Founding Partner rates are exempt from price increases for active subscribers.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You may not:
Creator profiles displayed on GetReachIQ are compiled from publicly available sources including the YouTube Data API. This data (channel names, subscriber counts, view counts, public bios) is public information. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of creator data, and it may not reflect real-time conditions.
You are responsible for independently verifying any information before entering into commercial arrangements with creators. GetReachIQ is a discovery and outreach tool — we are not a party to any agreements between operators and creators.
The GetReachIQ platform, including its IQ scoring methodology, design, and software, is owned by GetReachIQ and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription period.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that creator data will be accurate or complete. Use of creator data for business decisions is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetReachIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms, including engaging in prohibited activities, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
